BoomTown: Eveleth MN

Eveleth, Minnesota was truly a town on the move on the heels of the 20th century. In fact, in 1899 the entire town was moved to help make way for mining. 107 buildings were moved an average distance of 1/4 of a mile. Not bad for a town of over 1200 people!
